Ok, so a few things. Tony is awesome. I have a special appreciation for small business owners. Follow me in all of this awesomeness, please. I requested a quote via Yelp and Tony was the very first to respond. His response was quick and effective and his estimate was affordable. I was able to book with him and schedule an appointment quickly as well. He met me at the condo and arrived early. Not on time...but early (you love to see it!). He immediately began to inspect the property. He is extremely professional and thorough. He took pictures, gave me a full breakdown of every single room, pinpointed each concern...whether it was something big or if it was something not as big but important. Even introduced me to my new pal Freddie, the wasp living in the window. He honestly is as good as it gets. His customer service was awesome as he is super nice, caring, professional and personable. Highly recommend. As a first time home buyer, I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Tony, as I told you when the inspection was done, YOU ROCK!!! Continue to do what you do. Tony Morice did my home inspection on July 17th,2019 as I was moving to a townhome. He was polite, professional and receptive to any questions I had. He was thorough in Inspecting everything inside and outside the home. He found a number of items that needed repair including the furnace. Initially the sellers refused to have the furnace checked by HVAC professional even though there was very noticeable problems. Well thanks to Tony we got a new furnace. I am very grateful to him for this. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone needing a home inspection.

First time home buyer, VIP home inspections did a great job! Very detailed and understanding report, also I was really happy that Inspector gave me the instructions on how to replace furnace filters and how to maintain it (old furnace and I never deal with the furnace before so I have no idea what to do). Also I liked that Inspector go over the report on the site and explained in details what is wrong and you basically have an idea what to expect on the official report. Great job! I received excellent service and would highly recommend VIP Home Inspections. Tony was polite and professional from the correspondence regarding the quote through post inspection. I gave only a day's notice and Tony was very accommodating.
He arrived early to the appointment and was extremely detailed when conducting inspection as well as when explaining his findings. In addition , I received a lifetime membership to HomeBinder this which offers maintenance reminders, professional references in area for work I may need done, home permit info, appliance recall alerts and more. The HomeBinder service typically costs $36/year. I feel this is a wonderful benefit offered to VIP clients and gives Tony's business a competitive edge. Again, Tony was polite, professional, prompt detailed and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
